Johnny Depp will put up for sale 11,111 of his paintings in the form of NFTs - the Hollywood actor announced this on the site specially created for the project, Never Fear Truth ("Never be afraid of the truth").

In a promo video published on the website, Johnny said that art was present in his life long before he became an actor. All this time he continued to paint, but did not seek to show them to the public out of respect for other artists who cannot promote their work using a big name.

However, the actor decided not to limit himself anymore and to present to the audience the first collection of paintings called "Friends and Heroes" - it included portraits of famous personalities that inspired Johnny (Marlon Brando, Elizabeth Taylor, Heath Ledger), as well as portraits of his friends and loved ones - for example, his daughter Lily-Rose and his dog named Mu.

I called my project Never Fear the Truth. This message has always been very important to me, and in recent years it has become even more significant", - said the actor, hinting at the scandal with his ex-wife Amber Heard , who accused him of domestic violence, because of which Johnny was boycotted in Hollywood .

He also noted that he plans to transfer part of the funds earned from the sale of NFT tokens to charitable foundations. Johnny hopes to help children's hospitals in Los Angeles and London, the Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation, and the Gonzo Foundation, created in memory of writer Hunter Thompson.

Anyone who buys digital copies of Depp's paintings will also have access to the actor's closed community on the Discord platform, where they can work with him on various creative projects.
