According to experts, the painting cost the businessman $120 million, but collectors are confident that this is an excellent investment. Roman Arkadyevich purchased the art object at the Sotheby's auction: seven participants fought for it, and the starting price was $ 50 million. After 15 minutes of trading, only one agent continued to insist on buying the painting. As it turned out, it was a representative of Roman Abramovich. 

According to rumors, the businessman's collection already has many masterpieces of contemporary art. Among them is the painting Sleeping Housekeeper by Lucian Freud, purchased for $33 million, several works by Ilya Kabakov, which the businessman presented to Dasha Zhukova , Bacon Francis' Triptych, bought by the oligarch for $87 million.
