WEDDINGS: Natalia Vodianova married Antoine Arnault

After nine years of the affair, Natalia Vodianova and Antoine Arnault formalized their relationship. Today, the couple tied the knot at the city hall of Paris - under the personal supervision of the city's mayor, Anne Hidalgo, Tatler reports.

The engagement of the couple became known on January 1: the model posted a picture in which she hugs her beloved man, and her engagement ring sparkles on her ring finger. At the same time, Antoine made a marriage proposal to Natalia at the beginning of 2019. In May, it turned out that the lovers are postponing the wedding due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which Natalya told Vogue about in an interview:

We postponed the celebration for exactly one year, because I do not want to change the scenario that we have been carrying for a long, long time and what we dreamed about. For me it is not a problem. Antoine said: "Maybe in the fall?" But I: "No, no, we are waiting for the summer calmly." I hope that by then the situation will be clear and everything will return to its normal rhythm.

Back in February, Natalia slightly opened the veil of secrecy about the future celebration, which is supposed to take place in an estate in the Champagne region, in an interview with the Spanish ELLE:

It will be a big celebration for about 300 guests. To be honest, in France they are used to celebrations on an order of magnitude larger, so there will definitely be those who call our ceremony modest.

Recall that Natalia Vodianova and Antoine Arnault met in 2007, and began dating only in 2011. In May 2014, their first common son Maxim was born, and in June 2016, Roman. Prior to this, the model was married to an aristocrat Justin Portman. The model gave birth to three children: daughter Neva (March 2006) and sons Lucas (December 2001) and Victor (September 2007).
