Dasha Zhukova rents Andy Warhol's estate

Russian collector Dasha Zhukova and her husband Stavros Niarchos III rented an old Andy Warhol estate in Montauk for the summer.

It includes one main house and five small cottages on the territory of 5.7 acres. Warhol bought the house 40 years later in 1970 for $ 220 thousand. Then his neighbors were members of the Rolling Stones, Jacqueline Kennedy, Elizabeth Taylor and John Lennon.

In 2007, the estate was bought by billionaire Adam Lindemann. Warhol Cottages are considered the most expensive real estate ever sold in Montauk. Lindemann and his wife, Amalia Dayan, are now trying to sell the property for about $ 65 million.

Zhukova also expressed interest in buying real estate and “tries” it as rental housing in the first place.
