The Venturer XL Stoletniy Krasniy model with a red dial is issued in 17 copies   Issue of the Venturer XL model Stoletniy Krasniy Manufactory H.Moser & amp; Cie. timed to the centenary of the October Revolution openedIn New York on Fifth Avenue

The Swiss manufactory H.Moser & Cie. released the watch for the 100th anniversary of the October Revolution. Venturer XL Stoletniy Krasniy - variation of the Venturer model, in the jubilee version presented with a red dial, decorated with the company's logo in Cyrillic. The reference to the theme of the revolution is not accidental and is connected with the history of the brand. The company H.Moser & Cie. was founded in St. Petersburg in 1828 by Henry Moser and before the revolution of 1917 was a successful enterprise, the supplier of the Russian Imperial Court and the army, as well as Carl Faberge, who equipped the H. Moser movements with the desktop watches of his production. In 1917 the company H. Moser & Cie. was nationalized, and production was discontinued until the late 1970s. XX century. Venturer XL Stoletniy Krasniy in H. Moser & Cie. called "the link between the past and the future of the brand": the model combines the recognizable aesthetic codes of modern brand watches and historical symbols.

The Venturer XL Concept Stoletniy Krasniy is presented in a steel enclosure. The watches are equipped with a manual caliber HMC 327 with manual winding, the clockwork and components are made and finished by hand. The watch will be produced in a limited edition of 17 copies.

After nationalization in 1918 production of watches H.Moser & Cie. was terminated until the late 70's. XX century. The modern history of the brand continued in 2002, when Roger Nicholas Balziger, great-grandson of Heinrich Moser, revived the family business. Ten years later H.Moser & Cie. was bought by the family of Georges Meilan (former CEO of Audemars Piguet) and under the direction of Edouard Meilan, son of Georges, found a second wind. For example, in addition to the production of the three main watch models (Endeavor, Venturer and Pioneer), the brand introduced two high-profile launches in two years.

In 2016, one of the hits at the SIHN watch salon was the Swiss Alp Watch, a model with the classic H.Moser & Cie movement. with a manual winding, but a parody form of Apple Watch. This year, the Swiss Mad Watch was introduced - the watch is an object of contemporary art and at the same time a political manifesto. The Swiss watchmaking industry is in crisis, and to help producers cope with it, local authorities have reduced from January 1, 2017, the minimum allowable share of Swiss components in Swiss Made watches to 60%. Protesting against this decision, H.Moser & Cie. has developed "one hundred percent Swiss watches": the body is made of Swiss cheese Vacherin Mont d'Or and a composite material in the proportion of 50/50, the strap is made from the skin of a Swiss cow, the mechanism is naturally HMC 327. The brand initially announced that the cost Swiss Mad Watch will be symbolic 1 081 291 Swiss franc (the amount repeats the date of formation of the Swiss Confederation - 1.08.1291). In May 2017, watches (in the lot with another brand model, Swiss Alp Watch) were sold at Christie's auction for 125,000 francs (the serial gold watch H.Moser with the same mechanism cost about 20,000 francs).
