Cartier unveils new cactus-inspired jewellery collection

A symbol of the desert, the cactus now proves to be the inspiration behind Cartier's new sparklingly luxurious jewellery collection.

Luxury jewellery maker Cartier has presented its latest jewellery collection, Cactus de Cartier. Inspired by the resilient plant that's synonymous with the arid desert, the new line features contemporary design cues such as geometric cuts and gold domes and is categorised even further, with each one highlighting a different facet of the cactus from the soft flowers to dew drops and spikes. The luxurious collection is created using only the finest materials such as 18-carat yellow gold and bedecked with precious gemstones including diamonds, emeralds, chrysoprase and carnelian.
