Victoria's Secret Angel Jasmine Tookes Marries in Grace Kelly Style Dress

Jasmine Tookes and Juan David Borrero have been together for five years. Luxurious dress for the bride was sewn by the famous designer of evening and wedding dresses Zuhair Murad.
30-year-old American top model and "angel" of the Victoria's Secret lingerie brand Jasmine Tookes married her 31-year-old boyfriend Juan David Borrero, and shared photos of the luxurious dress and no less luxurious ceremony that took place in Ecuador on the social network.
The wedding of the couple took place in the Catholic Church, which is located in the center of Quito. The bride was led to the altar by her grandfather.
“In my opinion, Quito has some of the most beautiful churches in the world. And the one we chose is covered in gold. It looks like you are attending a royal wedding,” says the model. Jasmine and Juan met through work in 2016 in Utah. Borrero is Snapchat's director of global markets, and the social media app was gearing up to launch a new feature called Group Stories. The company wanted to hire Jasmine and her friends to promote.
"We all ended up in LA for a fashion show, so I went to lunch with Juan and a couple of other Snapchat employees. After that dinner, Juan invited me to a birthday party that same night. There was a natural attraction to each other. We kept in touch from that night, and the rest is history,” the girl said in an interview with Vogue.
A year ago, on September 21, 2020, Juan proposed to his beloved, turning this moment into a real adventure with a secret route, a romantic feast and other surprises.
The dress for the bride was created by the famous designer Zuhair Murad.
"I wanted him to make me a dress from the moment I went to his first haute couture show. I described my dream wedding dress and he drew the most beautiful and timeless dress I've ever seen," Jasmine says.
The white fitted dress with embroidered floral patterns and trimmed with small pearls featured a neckline with a high collar and long sleeves. A draped belt covered a voluminous detachable overskirt, embellished with lace and embroidered with sequins and pearls. The outfit was complemented by a train 4.5 meters long. Note that the dress was similar to the one in which the Hollywood actress Grace Kelly married the Prince of Monaco.
After the wedding, the newlyweds and guests went to a garden with a huge number of flowers, located half an hour from Quito. The best chef of Ecuador, Alejandro Chamorro, prepared for the wedding, and two large bars and a huge dance floor were equipped for those present. The bride at the celebration looked really happy.
"I still can't believe I'm living with you in a real fairy tale @juandavidborrero ❤️ 9.4.21. I'm officially Mrs. Borrero," she wrote on Instagram.
