Kim Kardashian has admitted she was "uncomfortable" with her little sister Kylie Jenner dating Tyga.
The reality star was speaking in a preview for an upcoming episode of Keeping Up
With the Kardashians, before the pair split.
Kim said she knew her 18-year-old sister's relationship with the 25-year-old Rack City rapper "broke" her former friend Blac Chyna's heart.
But the mum-of-two said she felt forced to side with her sibling.
Speaking in a preview, Kim said she felt for Blac, who shares three-year-old son King Cairo with the star.
She said: "I understand that Kylie dating Tyga completely broke Chyna's heart. I feel for her in that situation.
"Was it uncomfortable for me when Kylie and Tyga started to date? Absolutely because Chyna was my friend but I had no choice but to take my sister's side; that's my sister.
"Do I think that everyone needs to sit down and talk and work it out? Absolutely."
Tyga confirmed last week that he is no longer dating the youngest of the klan.
Blac is now engaged to Kim's brother Rob and is expecting their first baby together.
And while it all seems to be water under the bridge now, Kim also recalled a past conversation she had with her brother where she refused to talk to Blac because she didn't want to feel "forced" to do so.
She told her sisters Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian: "So I called Rob and he said that Chyna wants to talk to me and you know I just told him that I'll talk to her when I'm ready.
"And so he put me on speaker and then he was like, 'Oh Kim, Chyna's in the room, I just wanted to tell you so you didn't think I was alone.'
"So she goes 'Hi' in the background and I didn't say anything because I did not know what to say. I froze. He goes, 'I've got to go brush my teeth, you talk to her.' And so I go, 'OK gotta go bye.' And I hung up.
"I just wasn't ready and I'm not going to be forced to be on the phone with her. I'll talk to her when I am ready."
