She’s a beautiful international supermodel but Gigi Hadid recoils from healthy fruit inside her beef burgers.
The runway star is a self-confessed burger lover who lives by the motto: ‘Eat clean to stay fit, eat a burger to stay sane’.
Talking on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Monday Hadid described her love of the calorie-laden meal.

Hadid, the daughter of Real Housewife Yolanda Hadid, claims she ate a different burger every week for a year, when she first moved to New York City.
‘The best is JG Melon’s, Uptown,’ alleged the lithe 21-year-old, who was wearing a monochrome corset and skintight suit trousers.
‘It’s so simple, they don’t try too hard… I had it for dinner last night,’ she recalled, as Fallon, 41, brought out two beef patties for them to devour on the stage.

‘I don’t do tomatoes,’ she announced, checking inside the bun before taking a generous bite.
Hadid has just celebrated her birthday, ‘at the beach’ with her family.
‘So I didn’t actually drink on my 21st birthday,’ she said, while noting that she went to Las Vegas a week afterwards, to indulge with her beau – One Direction singer Zayn Malik, 23.
‘My boyfriend taught me how to play poker the night before we went to Vegas so I won $400… on a $15 poker table, I thought that was pretty good,’ she beamed.

She decided that while her gambling days are not over she’ll ‘stick to Monopoly’ next time.
Hadid has spent the last year collaborating with Tommy Hilfiger staff for a clothing collection that will be launched this September.
‘I have so much respect for all the artists and the designers that I worked with that I don’t want to call myself a designer,’ she said humbly.

Adding: ‘I just wanted to make clothes for people that follow me and for fans of Tommy Hilfiger that…you know…it kind of brings the East Coast and the West Coast together’.
Fallon’s other guest was Lonely Island comic Andy Samberg, who is promoting his new movie: Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping.
‘It’s my favorite movie that I’ve seen this year,’ said Fallon.
They were joined for a game of Catchphrase by Bryce Harper, 23, a right fielder for the the Washington Nationals MLB team.

Gigi was ‘p***ed’ when she and Samberg lost the word game.
‘I’m so competitive I didn’t know if I was even going to come to the interview afterwards…I’m p***ed,’ she joked.
‘My adrenaline is running so high right now,’ she said, before insisting that the verdict be changed so she could be victorious. ‘We won that!’ She insisted.
Samberg, 37, teamed with Fallon for a humorous track ‘I’m On a Boat’ which was accompanied by plenty of kazoos and toy xylophones.

The former SNL star honored Fallon by showing him a montage of times he’d mentioned him comically in interviews.
‘We tried to slip you in as much as possible,’ he laughed.
Fallon’s musical guests were The Kills who sang Doing It To Death from their new album Ash and Ice.
