The one-man performance consists of three chronological parts: 1950s - the conquest of opera venues in Europe and the USA and the wedding of Maria Callas with Giovanni Battista Meneghini; 1960s - meeting with Aristotle Onassis and their romance, which collapsed eight years later; The 1970s are the last years of the singer, filled with nostalgia and loneliness.
What will the audience see at the performance? In the center of the stage is a sofa, an exact copy of the one that stood on Georges Mandel Avenue in the Paris apartment where Callas spent the last 15 years of her life. Throughout the performance, Monica Bellucci will wear the legendary black dress that belonged to Callas. During the show, the charming voice of Mary will sound. All this, plus the full reincarnation of Bellucci, as well as the play of light and shadow, will create the impression that the audience is really in the living room of Callas.
